  2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization.

3. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.
  • Risk of loss remains with the customer until the returned product is received by AERANH.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or wrong items.

  • We will ship the replacement product as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Warranty
